9. All players at Mystery Rooms by making a booking agree to undertake not to discuss, divulge or circulate any information regarding the content of the games or any other proprietary information. By playing the games, all players agree not to pass on this information or they will render themselves liable to prosecution under breach of confidentiality rules.

Refund Policy

At Mystery Rooms, we value our customers and want to ensure customer satisfaction with our escape room experiences. Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds for bookings.

1. Nonrefundable after Payment:
Once a booking has been made and payment has been completed using points, it becomes nonrefundable. Points used for the booking will not be returned to your account.

2. Change of Booking:
If you need to change your booking, you may do up to 24 hours before your scheduled time slot. Simply call us directly.

3. Rescheduling Within 24 Hours:
If you wish to reschedule your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled time slot, please contact our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, please be aware that rescheduling within this timeframe may not always be possible.

Cancellation:
Since prepaid bookings are nonrefundable, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances:
In certain exceptional circumstances, such as an unforeseen facility closure or a documented medical emergency, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support team with any such requests, providing relevant documentation or details, and we will assess your situation accordingly.
